With the goal of positioning itself as a leader in digital integration services, Ricoh Latin America began a strategic collaboration
Over the course of three days in Miami, we accompanied the Country Managers and leadership team of Ricoh LATAM during a key strategic Summit for the region. The objective was ambitious: to define the roadmap for the 2026–2030 period.
This meeting was not an isolated event, but rather the natural evolution of a process we have been developing at Nano Thinking alongside the regional team. A process grounded in brand positioning research conducted throughout 2024 and 2025 across more than ten countries in Latin America.
That previous journey was essential. It allowed us to arrive at the Summit with something more valuable than hypotheses: concrete evidence, real business tensions, and strategic questions about the future of the brand. Most importantly, it opened the space for an in-depth discussion about the role Ricoh aims to play in each market across the region and how to translate its value proposition into diverse contexts.
Based on those insights, we collaboratively designed a three-day working agenda focused on four major objectives:

Far from being a space for one-way presentations or top-down corporate communication, the Summit was built as a collaborative working environment. A space where strategy was actively developed through the combination of research, reflection, design, and real-time decision-making.
At Nano Thinking, our role was to support the process end-to-end: from the research and analysis stage to the facilitation of dynamics specifically designed for this context. All of this was led by our CEO, Fernando Peydro, in close collaboration with the Ricoh LATAM team.
Because when strategy is grounded in data, discussed with honesty, and built collectively, it stops being just a document. It begins to become something far more powerful: a shared direction.
These kinds of processes not only help organize the future, but also align the people responsible for building it.

If you are considering defining a strategic roadmap, revisiting your brand positioning, or aligning your team around a shared vision, we can help you design that process. Let’s talk.
